From Radio Times:

When a letter bomb is delivered to the offices of a high profile company, the manager believes it to be a hoax. But Grace is concerned that it is the beginning of something sinister. Initially the officers suspect that a regular courier is behind it - the man had been thrown out of the building a few days previously for harassing a PA. Then the investigation takes a shocking turn when Callum discovers bomb-making equipment at the home of the manager's brother.

I was so confused when Callum started sealing her in! I was like I know he can be a bit unorthodox in his policing but surely this is wrong...then my dad explained the whole containing the substance thing to me

He also said everything would be fine when Mickey showed up :P

I'm enjoying it thus far.

Aren't you supposed to not use lifts in emergencies???

I know you're not supposed to use lifts in fires.

I enjoyed most of it but parts in the middle dragged for me. I liked all the Callum stuff though and his end line was classic.

Really liked that episode, thought the pace was good, some little niggles but generally sound

To be honest, I didn't bother paying much attention to this beyond the first quarter. The bomb bit was well done, Sam Callis pulled it off brilliantly and it generally served well as a tension-filled moment. However, it was the highlight of the episode as far as tension went. The rest of it seemed generic. It would be fair for me to say that the bright spots of the episode were Jo making an impromptu appearance and Grace sampling that craving food.

My main problem, as with many recent episodes, is that this could've been condensed into half an hour. Why not have a secondary storyline running through, involving the other cast who were wandering around perhaps? What was the point of Jo and Smithy being in this episode precisely?

Bit of a disappointment after last week.

And in just about any other suituation  And did anyone notice that he's going a little grey at the sides?

I like it when they show a more light hearted side to Grace! Olives and jam.... See, one of the good things about Grace tonight that she was focused, but had her not-so-serious-and-had-nothing-to-do-with-the-case-but-fun-to-watch moment. Also Jo's comment to Callum about sugar made me laugh too :D I like it when they combine gripping drama (when the episodes are actually gripping) and they manage to fit in some form of humor somewhere :)

The episode itself was great, even if the ending was slightly.... er.... what I was expecting it to be but not what I wanted it to be  The first 15 minutes were the best, then it went very-good-but-not-great, and then when Grace was talking to the brother in the park was on par with the beginning, but the overall ending was a bit.... mehish, even if I did get some banter between Grace and Callum.

Next weeks episode looks very, very, very, very good :D And there's more of Sergeant Jo!

I enjoyed this... even though it didn't engage my full attention for the full hour. There were highlights, but the lowlights dragged a bit.

Overall though, an improvement on the last six months of 2009.
